| What is Media Rites Whitsunday? |
We have been a Whitsundays-based local business since 1991. We are defined by our publications.
In 1992 we gave The Whitsundays its first printed regional promotion in over 4 years. In 1993 the A5 full colour publication morphed into ‘Discover The Whitsundays’ and ‘The Whitsunday’s Free Map’, both of which have been published annually ever since. In the mid ‘90s, Discover’s name was changed to ‘Welcome to The Whitsundays’ and is now in its 16th edition.
‘The Whitsundays Free Map’ was recently fully revised for its 15th edition. Because we are local, we don’t rely on what the ‘authorities’ say – we drive the streets to check the accuracy of everything. We are instantly responsive to changes.
Media Rites Whitsundays’ objective is to annually produce the best value, most effective regional promotions available. We believe in service to our readers through the highest quality products, including text, photography, mapping and advertising.
We believe that by maintaining constant dialogue with our local tourism partners who serve you, we are best able to give you what you need in planning a holiday to remember.
We don’t deliver hype – we deliver the truth in practical and easy to use formats.
